I don't see any regrowth yet. Only further recession. I need to add more components.
-
I increased oral minoxidil intake to:
15 mg day Noxidil Forte (minox tablets/Lomatin)
15 drops of 5% minox in water daily.
This is pretty high dosage, getting hair all over body except the temples. If required, will increase dosage further after month. At 50mg day of minox tablets you die from heart attack. I need to keep it under that.

its been a month bro, give it some time. You're pretty much on the strongest regime possible. Theres no way you won't experience atleast some regrowth!
-
I believe nothing short of Spiro and Estrogen will regrow temples.

Opinions vary, but my problem with the kitchen sink approach is most of the stuff has little value and you dont know what is working. IMO you could drop all of it and just stick on dut most of that other crap probably isnt do much of anything anyways. Adding CB is worthless your not going to regrow hair with more AAs. Just keep what you have and wait for maybe a real PGD 2 inhibitor or something.

I had to cancel oral minoxidil, because I got trachycardia from it.
-
Update, my heart seems to be better now, I quit oral minoxidil, but continue application of topical minox 1x a day, 100 mg RU+2ML Neogenic 1x a day, 1 DUT tablet daily, 1 quarter of finasteride tablet daily. Stupid island in front of hairline is getting more aggressive, despite the treatments.

Scalp what about oral spiro and a laser helmet

Oral spiro is great, but it's feminising. What's the point of growing hair if you also grow bitch tits and lose sick body?
Laser helmet is a scam. They say it has been FDA approved for women, because it won't work on men. If it worked for men, they'd all be trillionaires. My hair is actually thick. I just need to stop hairline loss, it's not like I'm a diffuse thinner.

dude you might just lose the temples and stop there. most men i know have that going on. my grandfather had your hairline at 20 and it stayed the same tip he was 60, looks fine.
