How old are you?
What is your family history of hair loss?... Mother's father, mother's brothers, your father, etc.
Do you take any medications that have a side effect of hair loss?
Have you used a derma roller with minoxidil?
Have you considered finasteride?

My dad has a full head, his brothers are kinda balding (thinning), but all are over 65. His dad was bald. No baldness on my moms side except my mom. Mother is 63 and has lost 75% of hair.
Yes Imuran for Crohn's Disease
No derming
Yes, but was shot down as I have low T. T levels are 220 on a 300-1000 scale. I guess I should be around 600 at my age. Was prescribed TRT, but didn't do anything in fear it would speed up hair loss and I'm not really having low T sides.

Your genetics seem better than some men's. I think you should get some other opinions related to Crohn's disease. Imuran often has some undesirable sides. Are there safer alternatives? Also in addition, have a look into nutrition. A lot of stuff in the grocery store sold as food contributes to medical conditions.

Thanks for the info. Do you think there is any improvement or deterioration?
