What would you say, if you saw just that photo , and were asked if you thought the person was losing their hair at all ?

Appears to be some minor thinning, but it's difficult to tell. A better quality photo will be a lot easier to evaluate.

looks like minor thinning in the middle. are you using anything to maintain? or is that a virgin scalp?

            Honestly, it's a buzz cut.

            That's what buzz-cuts look like.

Your hairline looks awesome, and it would be very unusual to be thinning in that pattern before you loose some of your hairline. Pull your hair back or something to see if your hairline is thinning, or show other pictures to see if your hair is fully thinning in a diffuse pattern. Also, other pictures would help to show if the camera angle/lighting just cause spots to appear thin, as with cowlicks or buzz-cuts where the hair stands straight up.

Otherwise, nobody can give you a real answer.

Maybe some thinning in the front, but with that shot it is really hard to tell. The part behind the hair line may appear thin, but not sure.

If there is thinning, here is the area in a lightened and cropped version of your photo that reveals it. It is just a photo and the lighting isn't great. A better photo will help us evaluate. Is the area circled in yellow the area of concern?
