I liked you at first Age30 when you were actually giving positive feedback and comments on posts...now all you are doing is starting fights and causing trouble. As stated before this is a HAIR LOSS forum, to help prevent hairloss..you can't always just let go of something that you want. That's like saying if you have a slow metabolism and want to be in shape but it takes more effort than normal to do so, then you should just give up and live with being fat because it's not worth the time trying to fix it. People come here because they want to try to keep their hair, whether it be confidence or just BECAUSE THEY WANT TO HAVE HAIR.

I agree with all of this. I am cool with accepting who you are and trying to spread that message. All the other nonsense of putting people down and trashing their decisions to fight their hair loss really doesn't belong here.

I'm living as a shut in now cause I'm so embarrassed by my head shape. Hopefully posting these will make you guys feel better about yours... So jealous of everybody's perfectly normal looking symmetrical heads. The buzz look will never look right on me and I look deformed shaved. I could just wear hats everywhere but I'll know I look like a freak underneath. My self-esteem's just completely gone.

The last 3+ years I haven't done anything but hide in my room, shutting everyone out. Used to have a job, go to church, hang out with friends etc... haven't had a girlfriend since high school, probably never will. Been trying to make enough money online so my parents don't kick me out. My life just feels over. Wish I could just grow up, ignore it, and move on with my life but I just look so weird. Maybe I'll try antidepressants Idk, not like I have anything to lose.

Anyway just felt like venting somewhere, I'll go away now.

Are you like a Norwood 3? I would get on dutasteride + ketoconazole shampoo for like 14-18 months, minoxidil too if you can stick w/ it. At that point if your loss is stable you can get a dense packed transplant in front. How is your crown area?

If meds + surgery fail, maybe try a piece if you rly can not go outside. Recreational drugs can help but if you are not smart about them they will ruin your appearance more. Bottom line, if your family will not support you you need to find a way to go in public
