Minoxidil on wet or dry hair
Hi
When you apply minoxidil to your scalp do you apply it to hair when it it dry, damp or wet?
Does anyone have a theory that one or the other will impact effectiveness ?
Thanks
Steve

I've put it either damp or dry. When its damp I feel it absorbs better.

From a short time (a week and a half) using minoxidil, I'd say damp is the best. When applying to wet hair it feels like to solution is being diluted or dissipated by the excess water. When applying to dry hair I feel like the hair will absorb more of the solution while leaving the scalp less touched. Damp seems better for having the hair absorb less of the minoxidil while allowing you to apply it to your scalp more efficiently in my experience.

Yeah, either way is fine to be honest! Just make sure it doesnt get wet within a few hours after applying it if you can help it.
