RU proper usage question

I have heard that a 5% solution 1ml applied once a day is the sweet spot but does that mean 1ml in each spot (1ml vertex, 1ml hairline, 1ml top etc) or does that just mean 1ml and mix it around?

Also when using it with rogaine foam, is there a specific order in which to apply them/amount of time between applying both?
