Go 2% if you want better result. (If shampoo does give you result)

1% can be used 5 times a week or 2% can be used 2 times a week. Same results with either. And the result here I'm talking about is a clean scalp, nothing more. I use it as a base, as well as a shaven head, for my minoxidil application.

I found the stuff to be useless, actually it made my hair feel slightly worse personally.
