When I started losing hair on 17, I didn't wait longer than a few weeks before getting a prescription for Finasteride (Propecia).

Lol 8 months later and my crown has completely filled in and my hairline has not receded at all, but instead has thickened up.

I don't bother with Nizoral or Minoxidil because they don't fix anything. Finasteride does.

Dude, your hair looks really bad, but I think you know that. Get on Finasteride now. If that doesn't work (it probably will), look into hair transplants. Just in case you're interested, my plan is to take Finasteride for as long as it works, and once my hairline recedes further, I want to get it covered by a transplant and just use concealers on the back.

Hairline is what the pretty girls see when they're deciding whether or not they'll let you bang them.

Good luck!! I really hope you get on Fin quick and that your hair thickens up over the next several months.

In response to Capitan, I'm not looking to get on propecia or a hair transplant right now, because there hasn't been a lot of change recently, so I'm happy to just start minoxidil and nizoral soon (which does and can fix things). And even though you're saying my hair loss is very bad, my hairline isn't noticeable and tbh banging girls isn't the only thing on my mind lol. But I'll start treatments soon, propecia when I'm 18 and transplant later on. Big thanks to Jasari too it's very comforting knowing someone else was in the exact same position and ended up well, and also finding out that it was an A pattern. So that's given me confidence that my hair should be fine in the future (with my plan). Particularly since I've had a positive outlook since the post.
