Useful Tips:
FUE hair transplant generally offers two options, the manual punch and the micro motorized punch. When looking into getting a hair transplant, it’s important to know the difference between the two common different FUE methods. At ASMED, we only use the manual punch method in hair restoration, this method involves carefully examining the grafts before extracting each graft manually. The micro motorized punch is the same concept; however, the tool used is motorized which may cause over heating and damage the grafts in the extraction process. In addition, the manual punch offers more protection in the donor area and provides the surge with tactile feedback in regards to resistance in tissue and hair shaft.
