Any way to get in contact with the IAHRS organization?

My friend is sick from a near death injury 3 years ago I was wondering if they may know of any organizations that may be able to help him restore his hair he's a really goodhearted guy,he shaved his head but theres a large blotch on his head that really bothers him he really can't win..He's 22 said the doctors said 650 grafts would be enough to cover his blotch on hairline.
