Advices on top Surgeons

Hi there !
Here is my first post in the forum.
To quickly introduce myself, I'm from France, I'm 32, never had any finasteride treatments. I started to worry about hair loss back in 2005 (I was 24). Nothing too serious but I had some kind of natural medicines from a French company (based on natural products) and it worked well on me. In other words, the loss has been stabilized. Now I stoped taking any "natural medicines" for 3 years and the loss is very very slow.
I just have a Dercos Neogenic 3 months treatment every year for 2 years now and it appears to be ok !

I had the project to have a surgery 6 or 7 years ago but it never happened and I'm glad to have not done anything yet ! But I've still kept in my mind that I'll have one one day !
I was actually waiting to see the hair cloning technology but as far as I know it seems to be not for tomorrow... unfortunately...

So, now I'm thinking of having a surgery again.
6 years ago I had an online consultation and at that time I've been recomanded to get a 5000 units in order to get a full coverage of my hair loss.

First, is there anybody around here who has good information on hair cloning ?!

Then, considering the number of units I need (more than 4000) back to 2008 the only way to solve this problem was to get an FUT. Nowadays after reading many posts here it seems that the FUE with a top surgeon could also work for a high number if units !

I live in Europe but I don't mind traveling anywhere in the world to simply deal with the best surgeon !
I'm a bit lost between all surgeons' names so who would you recommand me for a single "megasession" of 4000 to 5000 fu ? In other words, who is the best of the best if there are some ?!
