Default Does this sound like an effective topical?

I've been reading about the use of copper peptides and their claimed ability to assist in hair growth, so I started wondering how well a topical employing them as well as an anti androgen would be. My thought would be spironolactone and folligen.

Let's say you dissolved a few tablets of spironolactone in an amount of folligen and applied it topically. Anyone have any thoughts on how effective this might be in fighting hair loss? I wonder because this would be fairly cheap.
