Weird needle pain on my body due to Propecia?

I have been on Propecia for 5 months already and recently started noticing some come and go pain mainly on my upper body. The pain is like a needle pain that last for a split second, sometime few seconds. They can be on my kidney sides, chest, stomach or liver sides. However, I cannot differentiate whether it is internal organ pain or muscle pain. It just happens throughout the day.
I just wonder if anyone is experiencing this while on treatment. Or it is not related to it, yea?
