FUE + Propecia + Rogaine Foam - 6 Years Later

Our patient began using Propecia and Rogaine foam just before his first surgery. His pre-op photos show a Norwood 6, possibly 7 thinning pattern. Notice how his hair was miniaturizing in the photos taken in 2008. Over two sessions, he had 1849 grafts in the frontal area. 1849 grafts is not a lot by any stretch. I posted this because the photos demonstrate the combined effectiveness of transplants, Propecia and Rogaine foam.

Also consider the progressive nature of male pattern baldness. Left untreated his hair would have been far worse (today) 6 years after these pre-op photos were taken.
