    Cure Du Jour

I came across a bizarre You Tube video where a man in his sixties claims to have found the cure for baldness. I tried to find it again today but came across another claimed cure. Vitamin D. Actually, in the doctor to doctor trade magazine Dr. Cole gets, an article claims that vitamin D3 will play a role in future follicle regeneration. Anyway, here is the link.

Yeah there were previous articles on this already. The catch was that its something specific to how your hair uses the vitamin D3 though so taking a supplement or any kind of internal dosing is not going to do the trick.
Like everything else I will believe it when I see it. After the PGD2 cure for MPB I basically dont believe anything in the media anymore they have no credibility.

Unfortunately the media hypes up new discoveries and experimental treatments. I remember before the Internet a "junk scientist" claimed on the Merv Griffin show that consistent use of Jojoba oil will reverse baldness. Later Merv Griffin had Don Rickles on his show and gave him a baldness treatment. Big mistake for Merv. Rickles was a sport during the treatment but payback was brutal (hilarious) later on in the show (not in the segment). Merv mentioned something about needing psychological counseling near the show's end. Very funny television classic.
