Took them 15 years of trying. How many more years will it take to put the findings into practical use?

Not to be ignorant but I thought this was old news and that scientists found the one type of cell which they could grow but not the other which was critical for hair growth. I don't know the exact terms for those skin cells but ill try and find the link..
