    I have the same itchy scalp and diffuse loss that you're experiencing, but I've never heard of low testosterone or high PRL being the problem for any sort of hair loss.
    When you say that you have low testosterone, how low are you talking? Because, I'm turning 24 and my testosterone levels were in the high 500s - something that would be considered normal, but I believe it's a bit low for someone in my age group.
