Consider Willie Garson who just went with his NW 6 look and achieved great success as as an actor and most recently, Mozzie on the TV show "White Collar".
On the other hand, we did have a patient in last Friday for hair restoration because he considered the possibility that continued hair loss down the road would negatively impact his TV career.
