    I'm practicing the cardio routines in it and the muscle building tips. I don't know if I'll be able to get the self confidence back because of hair loss, but atleast my chest and abs will be beach body ready!

    The link doesn't seem to work but I'm happy for you Flight keep it up man! I would also suggest taking pictures to log your progress if you are not already doing so. If you take pictures every week/month of your progress the results you are getting may surprise you because they will be gradual, but when you look at pics from weeks before you can be amazed at how much you have achieved and it will be great motivation to continue. Also chicks love abs so hit those really hard and show them off whenever possible. Diet is a big part of it to so make sure that you follow a diet that is specific to your goals. I'm loving this new positive energy from you man!
