Default What is considered "early hairloss"

I've heard some docotors says fin can help get regrowth "if the hair loss is early". My question is what is considered early? a couple years, 5 years...??

IIRC the timeframe for regrowing lost hair is 2 years, dont quote me on that though.

I have heard several hair transplant surgeons / experts say that with meds (rogaine+propecia), you may get some regrowth of the hair you lost in the past 5 years.

Hi, do you have any sources for this? And did they mention what percentage on average one can hope to recover?

They are likely referring to the first signs of hair loss being early hair loss. However, some patients do not even realize that they are experiencing hair loss until it is already somewhat advanced.
