    How bad is my situation?

    Hey guys.

I have put some posts up before where people have given me some good advice on taking photos every few months to assess the damage to my hairline/density of my hair. Therefore, I've got a few pics of different angles and positions here and would really appreciate any feedback on whats going on, what stage I'm in and the best action from here. Thanks.

Your hair actually looks pretty damn good. I am not just saying that in comparison to my hair situation. Minimal loss, if any. I really can't notice any thinning in any of the pictures. With that being said, if you are concerned about the possibility of losing hair, just keep doing what you are doing and take pics every few months. I wouldn't get on any med at this point if I was in your position.

        your hair is great now.

your hair could stay like that forever, or gradually recede - in which case you seem to have the most cosmetically insignificant recession pattern starting.

if you want to do something you might want to add some sort of keto% shampoo every few days or so, if it makes you feel better, but you are in great shape.

How old are you my friend?
I dont see any signs of your hair maturing just yet either.

Thanks for your responses everyone! The issue with me is even 'minimal hairloss' is still hairloss in my eyes therefore it worries me how this will progress? I am 22 and my dad has a full head of hair at 58 however my maternal grandfather was reasonably thin/bald for a good period of his life. My brother has a stronger hairline then me but his seems to be much thinner, particularly at the temples. Im sure you can all understand its something that concerns me at a young age.

I'm usually the one who says to act fast and do something before it gets worse, even with minimal hair loss. But honestly I don't see any hair loss. If I look really really close, just maybe, I can see some fading in the temple corners but that's about it, and i'm not even sure about that. The hairline, and the top looks like it hasn't been affected by MPB. Then again, looks can be deceiving to an outsider. Only the individual person knows the extent of his hairloss initially.

Hi Jack' Thanks for coming on to here ,
Your hair looks A-OK my friend.
If there is a thinning in your eyes it is NOT a worry dude.
It may be a normal part of maturing.
                    No worries!

Okay, so I have left this for nearly a year now like people advised. I recently had a new, much shorter haircut which really makes it a lot easier to see whats going on on top of my head. So here are some current, up to date photos and I wondered if anyone could take the time to give me some feedback whether theres been any progression or if in fact nothing has changed. Thanks!

Looks like a solid NW1, you don't have to worry about anything in my opinion.

Now I can kinda see why people tell me to relax in my threads/posts. There is literally no reason to be worried you have a lower hairline and thicker hair than people that aren't even balding. I'd try to not look in mirrors/try different hairstyles that make you see it for a while then revisit it. It's just going to stress you and cause an artificial shed like it did me. My hair is still very thin in the front, but once I switched to a hairstyle that made me stop seeing loss that wasn't there, it's mostly grown back.

                            Be good my friend.
