Rogaine foam vs liquid ?

which is better?
i have heard that people were disapointed by the foam and that it make their hair worse than before, is this true ?
i ask this because i want to start Rogaine foam but i'm unsure if this is the best choice, i don't want to loose more hair plus it's bloody expensive !

never heard of this product, do you think using all these compounds make minox work better
