When I was younger, a balding friend of my brother's in his thirties showed up at a party with a very realistic looking black "hippie" wig. I didn't recognize him at all. One day perhaps they'll be able to grow real hair like Stern's on a severely bald head.

thought the dr. was great on the show

you can tell the point in the interview where Howard got annoyed,

the interview ended soon after that point

Billy Ray's is an extreme example of full male head of hair. Howard Stern appears to have at least twice the hair mass in some of the photos I have seen. I don't remember ever seeing a sixty year old male with that much hair. If it were me and I was accused of wearing a wig, I would pull my hair back, and let the skeptics have at it with a full exam.
