According to previous studies, it could reduce scalp DHT by 75%. The pill stops only 35%.

We must remember scalp and serum DHT dont cause mpb.

its dht created inside hair follicle derma papilla cells the main culprit of hairloss.

But recent studies showed a correlation between scalp dht reduction and effectiveness of 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors:

Ok, I see that you are saying the main way to treat MPHL is through inhibition for 5AR in the derma papilla cells. How about competitive inhibition of the receptors that trigger DHT production?

i dont know of any hairloss medicine targeting "competitive androgen inhibition"

what i'm sure is that a topical inhibitor of 5a reductase (could be fin) + topical androgen antagonist (which works by blocking the androgen receptor) like cb will be an amazing combination.

The good news is we shouldnt wait that long: 3-4 years

That study finishes in May so when would this show up to buy? Is it going to be a new product someone could buy in the US or since it uses finasteride you need a prescription.
Hopefully this works out and comes out soon so we dont need to wait 3 years for CB 03 01

Not sure how to edit my message, but I just wondered when this topical fin would come out and is it a legit FDA product it seems you would need a prescription if it uses finasteride.
