Washing my hair...

I have been on 1.25 Fin for about a year and a half now. And it has done wonders! I do not have much new growth, but what I do have I have kept. With the way I style my hair, people might suspect I have some loss when looking at my hair line, but no one would call me bald.

Anyway, I rarely wash my hair. Maybe once every two weeks. This is because when ever I do, I have more hair loss. I notice quite a lot of hair in the drain afterwards.

I heard that if I do not wash my hair, oils will buidl up and make it harder for new hair to grow. Yet I am too scared to wash it because of the shed.

What to do?

washing your hair will only make the hair that was going to fall out on its own for whatever reason fall out, unless you are being very rough or using bleach as shampoo.
