Male balding patterns Q's
Just curious to know about all of your balding patterns to help gauge my hairloss....
I am an NW3 at 25 yrs... My temples have completely receded and I am thinning on the crown.
Did everyone else with significant hair loss have this same balding pattern and lose all or most of their hair on top, or did it stop at NW3 or less?

At your age I was between NW2 - NW3. I never stopped losing. Before I started treatments at age 36, I was severely diffused on top. I had the dreaded horseshoe pattern.

As with any condition, the symptoms and when or how they appear are hugely variable. You can't compare your pattern or loss with anyone elses. If you really want to know, I would suggest taking photos of your hairline and look closely, and do this monthly and compare. You will really be able to see where it's worse or better etc.. I would also suggest it may be time to do something about it. Most people here say they regret not doing something earlier to slow it down. Good Luck.
