I was curious how to determine one's final NW pattern, specifically how one reaches NW7.
Is it more likely that someone goes straight to a NW7 pattern or that they are a slick NW6 and then recede back from that NW6 to a NW7?
As it relates to me, I am 22 NW3/4 and considering getting a transplant in 4-5 years when I am basically a slick NW6.
When I see people who have the horseshoe pattern I just assume that what they have is there to stay (until you are like 60+). How often is this true?
