    Exclamation i lost 50% of my hair because of rogaine foam

    i used rogaine foam for 2 months and i lost half of my hair. All the hair fall out is thick.there is no thinning but i am still losing my hair.do you think rogaine killed my hair? what should i do?

    It's the normal shedding phase every (successful) minoxidil user is going through. Stick to it.

    Damn 50% is a crap load. But yeah, it's normal, stick with it.

    thanks for answer. i wasn't bald, and still i am not bald,i noticed that i was losing hair 4 months ago, and i waited 2 months before i started using rogaine.but it didnt stop and i wanted to take precaution.my hair was falling out but i didn't noticed that my hair density was worse until i started rogaine.now do you think rogaine made my hair go into resting phase? can rogaine kill healthy hair? by the way i am sorr for my english.i am not very good at english..

    be careful with minoxidil it can cause pituatary tumors, and sexual dysfunction if too much is absorbed into the body.

    Lol I hate posters like this, use it for 6 months your going through shedding cycle it will grow back stop stressing carry on using it.

    no, it will just come back weaker.

    All that happened was either a) your hair just decided it was ****ed by MPB and fell out due to that and will come back weaker or b) minox gave the follicle a shock into resting to regenerate and come back stronger

    eitherway, it will come back, just either stronger or weaker depending on what made it fall out per follicle.
