Coloring hair

Does anyone do any sort of treatment to their hair here for color?

My hair has gotten a lot darker lately, I'm not sure if it's from the treatment but it has. Also it's longer.

I'm usually pretty lightly pigmented but now I'm pretty much brown.

I was wondering if anything would be good for getting a little bit lighter without completely sucking the life out of my hair?
