Anyone use finasteride with diffuse thinning?

I hope someday soon we at least get an option of some kind of topical that works just locally to get the same results as finasteride so we can avoid all the systemic sides that could happen. Its been 20 years since finasteride. There is not much doubt anymore how crucial androgens are in MPB its not even up for debate

I think the day this happens this board will become a ghost town, and that's the goal! Imagine how great it will be when no one has to post here because we had a cure for baldness.

I'm 100% confident that day is approaching very soon.
