Ordering Proscar

So I know some people choose propecia, but using proscar is much cheaper obviously if you cut it into 4 little pieces. As I live in Europe, Proscar is a bit harder to get I assume. I've been trying to get it through this website called "Dokteronline" but after 5 years of successful orders, a random new doctor decided to refuse the order.

So I was wondering if any of you know if there is a website where you can get REAL Proscar that ships to European countries.
