While not as popular as the follicular unit extraction FUE megasessions for young men, the "lunchtime" procedure of long-haired FUE sessions has gained favor amongst the middle-aged male population. Rather than having to shave their entire donor area, a more focused FUE session enables patients to wear long hair in their donor area to cover portion of the donor area that was trimmed for the FUE harvest.
