Opinions on my results after 3000 - 3200 grafts

I am in the process of planning for my HT and I was hoping to get some opinions from others that have gone through it on how you think the results would be after a HT with 3000 - 3200 grafts. I would think I am an NW4.

I am trying to get comfortable with the surgery and and trying to be realistic about what the results are going to be. I am not expecting miracles, but I am worried about going through this whole process and then I am disappointed with the density and results.

I would appreciate some opinions on either side.

    thanks,

If you have the donor density to do that sized procedure and it is done properly you should have a significant improvement. You will have a more solid hairline, more coverage in the thinning areas, and your face will beframed which usually makes people look younger.

      thanks,
My hair was quit similar to yours, I had approximately 3,000 grafts, its hard to tell I lost any now, granted I don't look like I'm 21, because I'm far from it, 57, but I don't have any bald or really thin areas any longer, the Fin helped a lot too I believe. I didn't get many grafts in the crown, its kinda filling itself in, I think the Fin worked there.

I think you should be very happy with the results, if you have a good doctor performing the procedure, and get on Fin and Rogaine to help stop further loss.
