Wow, 5780 grafts. Was that done with FUT or FUE? Would love to see your donor site to see how things look after removing that much donor tissue. I do not think those are hair follicles you are shedding and likely will not effect your results.

I lost most hairs after my transplant, but many did not shed, I seen various types of hair shed post op, even some similar to your posts. They didn't affect the final outcome to my knowledge.
Man you must have had one hell of a mega-session.
