went off rogaine for a bit and lost a lot, will it come back if i start again?

I went off rogaine because I ran out and it took about 2 weeks for a new shipment to arrive and of course i had a pretty massive shed when I started again. I restarted when it came back at the beginning of October. Its been a few months since then and I'm starting to worry if it will come back. What do you guys think, will it come back or have I ruined everything I was working for over the past year?
