attention dr. glenn charles
hi doctor charles i have currently started using the laser comb to increase circulation in my scalp. do you believe that using dr. lees 15 percent minoxidol solution could also help the circulation in my scalp. i have been using rogaine 5 percent for several years , but it really has not helped. do you believe that minoxidil is dose dependent and that a stronger concentration of minoxidil would yield superior results. i have also used advodart for 1 and 1/2 years with absolutely no results.as you know my only goal is to increase the length of my previously tranplanted hairs. thank you dr. charles any advice you have to offer is greatly appreciated. sincerely your friend and admirer joe from staten island.

IAHRS Recommended Hair Transplant Surgeon
Joe, I really do not have a lot of experience with using Minoxidil 15%. I suppose it is worth a try. Obviously, if your scalp becomes irritated or any other new side effect suddenly arises you should discontinue right away. The question that nobody seems to be able to anwer is why won't the hair grow to full length. I am not sure if it is a lack of blood supply or circulation that is causing this phenomenon.
