    Cure for baldness? that's easy--

it's always in about 20 years.

And a revolutionary, breakthrough treatment is usually only "5 to 7 years away".

    And now you know.

    Cure for baldness...when?

Don't hold your breath! I remember 15 years ago when I first started losing my hair in my 20's, I took comfort in the fact that a cure had to be around the corner. Well I am still waiting and running top speed toward NW6.

this is THE most depressing, despondent threat I have ever witnessed. I find solace in the fact that at this point in time we know indescribably more about hair, balding, and growth than we have ever, even just 3-5 years ago.

No cure any time soon. just a better treatment in the next 20-30 years.

    Hey guys,

Maybe some of you have missed the recent news; Japanese parliament approved the change in legislation for stem cell therapies. As of 2015, new stem cell therapies will become approved upon completion of phase 2b. Phase 3 can be conducted after the therapy is available to public!

Our community should keep a very close eye on Tsuji lab in the coming years. At this point, if the arricles I'm reading is correct they're about to combine Jahoda's research one step further using specific growth factors etc. If this approach works, unlimited DHT resistant hair follicles will be in our grasp by 2020!

We have finally been dealt a decent hand after 20 years ofstagnant procrastination

Ps. Histogen might also be looking at marketing their product in japan by 2016 through the new policy changes.

Hang in there guys...no need to be so negative. We're on the verge of some major breakthroughs

Well for many of us, something that completely halts the process + a hopefully minor HT is a cure, that shouldn't be 20 years away, but regrowth probably is

Follica has consistently grew new hair, also scientist have succsefully cloned hair follicles in recent news.

    About that regrowth, you're wrong.

I'm waiting for CB-03-01 because it looks very promising. It's basically a preventative safe cure.

I don't think it's going to be released sooner than 2018 however
