    Hey guys,

Thanks for all of your replies! One of the first things I thought about was the fact that a lot of the photos I took were terrible. I know the mind plays tricks on you sometimes, but I've been using a specific sorta birth mark which is near my hairline to measure the extend of my temple recession and I can't even see it anymore.

I've definitely improved. I wish I had better pictures of it, but everyone's commented on it. The top especially has been a huge improvement. While photos in my room make it look like nothing's going on, outside you can really see it.

I'm starting now to take pictures of it properly, in lighting that stays the same with a decent camera, and I'll keep you guys posted.

Thanks for your advice too, for now I really just wanna stick to Fin. I don't wanna be packing on new things into the regimen, because at least in my mind, this is working for me. That wasn't the first time I've cut my sideburns into a V shape like that, either, I've been doing it for years, if I had a photo of them once upon a time you'd see a difference. :-P

I'll keep pushing on with what I've got, it's only been 4 months anyway. I just don't feel like I need more than 0.5 EOD at the present time. My shedding has turned to pretty much nothing which I'm so happy about, and I feel good, I'm more confident, and to me, that's all that matters

I don't know if that provides any further proof (if there are any results), I think it definitely has improved to some extent. If I had my hair spiked like that you'd definitely see right through my hair in the sun. I've noticed it's a lot less wispy in the wind as well.

Maybe I'm imagining it. The picture on the left is from April 2013, while the one on the right is from a few days ago.

    you definitely have improvement.

No, you don't have perfect hair - but especially after that last one it is easy to see your hair is much healthier overall, especially in the center of your head. The crown is thicker looking too. Your hair overall looks sharper. Awesome!

Thanks Redy appreciate the encouragement. It's been 4 months as of today on Fin; while I'm happy with the results right now, I hope I see more of the same in the coming months. You guys think 0.5 EOD is too little?

No. Stick to what works, don't play Russian Roulette with a drug like fin.

Pretty strong opinions from somebody that has never even taken the drug.

Maybe at 6' and 170lbs, I should go over to the weight loss forums and make strong statements against gastric bypass surgery, because I know a guy that knew a guy who heard someone once died getting that surgery.

Tell that to chrisis, who git serious sides from taking fin.

The fact is , he has found a dose that works - why change it?

It sucks that crisis got sides. It sucks for the rest of the guys on here that got it too. For the most part fin is a very safe drug. Just because many guys complain about sides here doesn't mean most people that take the drug will get them. Most people that take fin aren't on this forum, and the guys that come here and have success rarely come back. Potential for sides yes, just like every other prescription med. Hopefully you never get sick and need prescription meds, because you will die before you find any without the risk of sides.
