That's a good question. ACell and PRP improve healing but I really don't think they are much help where there is existing scar tissue. Have you tried a derma roller? We recently had an orthopaedic surgeon in for a consult who said he is having far better success in his practice with AmnioFix than he did with PRP. On paper AmnioFix looks far better than ACell and PRP. Last Friday we conducted our first actual study to evaluate the effectiveness of AmnioFix.
