How do you apply toppik/nanogen to your own crown without someone elses help?

I have a thinning crown. I have trouble orienting my arm and body with a mirror to accurately apply the hair fiber to that spot.

I always have to ask my brother, sister, mom to apply it for me.

I want to do it myself, but I just cant orient my body with a mirror while bending to apply the hair fiber.

Any experts care to chime in?
