Rogaine foam, half cap -vs- full cap

Just wondering what other folks who are using Rogaine foam use twice a day - half a cap each time, or a full cap each time for each of the two applications? I know they say to fill the cap half way, but is it really any harm to just fill the cap up fully with the foam, and would it make much of a difference?

Hello Dav7,

I think there are few factors to consider here. How big is the area that you are applying foam to? If a half of cap of foam is enough to cover the surface area, then i would recommend sticking to it. More foam is not the answer in the opinion. Just be consisted with what you are using. If want up the dosage of minox i would recommend 5% minox should workout. Also, be patient it can take 3 to 6 months to see results. I recommend taking some pictures to see if minox is working for you. Also, are you using anything else for hair loss?
