Replicel's approval for TSX Venture exchange

Replicel seems to be making moves on the financial side. Idk exactly what any of this means lol but maybe someone can clear things up. I'm assuming its good however.

Yup, the company's about to go public to try and raise funds - it's possibly a good thing, depending on how other investors value the firm.

Correct me of I'm wrong , but don't they already have funds for their trials?

That's what I was referring to, but maybe this isn't just for raking in money for trials...maybe they're just going public so now the average joe can start investing in them. Kinda like how we could just invest in Facebook or Microsoft on the stock exchange..I wish I knew more about investing smh.

That's if they meet undisclosed milestones in the future. Probably product development milestones.

I would assume the Japanese just gave them enough to go further in their trials and then, if there is potential for a product, additional awards will come in.

It's interesting they would want or need to raise more cash

They are already a public company. The TSX exchange is just a bit of an upgrade from the exchange they are currently on, which is the OTCBB.

What the upgrade means for the company is what I wanna know. Upgrade seems to insinuate good. I hope they have enough for their trials already.
