Seeing you in person, I didn't get the impression you have a high forehead.

The critically important, yet subtle attribute of a great hair transplant is a natural appearance that doesn't draw attention. The really low, dense-packed hairlines some doctors place on guys in their early twenties can often have a short life expectancy. It's important to preserve the donor supply and always keep the possibility of future hair loss in perspective and in the master plan.

When I was young, I went to a well known clinic and had a hair transplant. The result wasn't terrible but people nearly always stared at my hairline. Some people commented, "I see you had a hair transplant". One time a half drunk woman came up to me in a retail store and asked in a disparaging tone, "What did you do to your hair?". We all come from a different life experience and my "soap box" is one of stressing the importance of a natural result that does not draw attention. The placement design must also be able to endure future hair loss, should it happen without a patient's hair appearing unnatural should the surrounding hair disappear.
