Purchasing Minox on eBay?

I'm considering buying some Minoxidil powder and some Azelaic Acid to make my own Minox solution. However, I don't know where to find a trustable vendor. I was thinking about buying from Kane, but the fixed 50$ shipping is crazy for me, that's 5 times the price of the Minox itself.

eBay has a lot of good deals on both Minox and AA, but I just can't bring myself to trust those random vendora.

Any experience with eBay?

Any reliable vendors you can recommend?
