Guidance on How I can get a Thick and Full head of hair!

I would like to get some expert opinions upon taking a look at these photos of my hair. What will I need to do to get a full, thick head of hair back? Is it even possible for me at this level of thinning to regain a full head of hair? If so please guide me, thanks!
