    Hi,

Does eating healthy after a HT help the survival of a HT?

    Thanks

No. Eat healthy because its good for you not for your hair. Look at the many bald athletes and health nuts out there its obviously not diet controlled.

If you had your own answer already before you asked why ask? Im not going to argue with doctors or dermatologists, but lets keep in mind there are legit doctors/derms that have claimed gravity causes MPB. So lets just keep in mind that even professionals can be wrong sometimes.
Maybe someone can explain to my few friends that are badly balding at young ages whose dad is also how eating more omega 3 can help keep their hair oily to help protect it because it certainly does not seem to be helping them yet. Other guys I know eat garbage and have NW 0 so it just seems hard to believe its diet controlling it.
I generally eat the same stuff they do yet they are badly balding at young age while I am not really just much more slowly. Diet is a very very minor role if any. Too many examples out there so I feel telling men its diet is falsehood
