ACell vs ExCeltrix
Ok so while reading about ACell, I had this idea.
ACell = porcine derived extracellular matrix
ExCeltrix = human derived extracellular matrix
Histogen mention ExCeltrix here:

and also in some other documents.
Histogen don't use this in their HSC, by the way, but ExCeltrix does sound like a very similar product to ACell and from a better source.
So if there is regeneration with ACell, then surely Histogen's ExCeltrix would be even better.
Seems likely that a human derived version would produce even better results
