    Choline/Inositol/Biotin waste of time?

Can't find anything conclusive about these kinds supplements(and others, if you have it), aside from a few anecdotes or other disreputable sources. Are there any more reliable sources of information on these kinds of things for treatment? Am I better off just improving my diet, or both? I am thinning, not balding yet so I feel I can improve the state of my existing hair.

Avoid these bullshit tablets I recently got ignorant and never had acne or spots I have great skin for a guy smoother than most woman. I read high biotin can cause acne and I ignored this took 10,000 mcg bang I'm just about recovering bad acne!!!!! I would look more into natural foods and I mean not no chemical crap that will alter your hormones look for organic eggs are a good source. After all they do say 90% diseases are I'm water and food, I agree after all I cured my alopecia Areata and there's no cure for it .

My hair definitely grows faster while taking a hair and nails supplement with biotin in it. From what I've read, never take more than 5mg of biotin per day, otherwise it can cause acne. Swisse and Blackmore brands of hair and nail supplements have about 2.5mg per day.

        Inositol is good for anxiety.

examine.com is quite a good site for looking at supplements.

I can't tell you about the other two, I never heard of them but Biotin does not aide in MPB, that I know of in my experience. If you get a hair transplant and you take Biotin or MSM, the transplanted hairs would grow faster, and your native hair will grow faster. But do not confuse 'fast growth' with 'thicker hair' or 'stopping hairloss'. If you have a full head of hair and want it to grow faster to style it some way, biotin is good.
