What is the verdict on S equol? I know nature made is coming out with this product. Other members on other forums say it is like Fin without the sides. When I look on Nature Mades sight all they talk about is its used for is menopause for women. I will try it out hopefully it can slow down my loss.

I've been taking s equol from folexel for like 4-5 months - did jack shit for me.
Then again, the company maybe was fake - but I gave up.
My "holy grail" for now is MSM/vitc, its been a year now, I'm holding up pretty good. No regrowth, but no loss either.Comment

I cut down to 3 grams of msm and 0.5-1 gram of vit c (thats like 10 times recommended intake), I think that is ok.
Interesting thing is I play guitar with my fingers (electric), never used a pick, before msm I used to break nails ALL THE TIME, and hey looked like shit! (similar to that), now they look very pretty and strong, I never break a nail, even when I'm playing for 2, 3 hours (and the music is garage rock, no soft ballads here
)
