Everybody starting freaking out and making up speculative bull crap on forums so they went silent.
We bring it upon ourselves. I would not be surprised if Gail gets 100s emails a day all asking the same thing.
It must be insane. We need to be strategic and not annoy them to the point of ignoring all of us.

Do you really think anyone of them have much sympathy for us? Forget it dude. Its mostly men that are sending these emails... and we all know nobody gives a shit about mens health.

Money of course is a big factor. But believe it or not, for most researchers the fun of doing it and the recognition in the field when they get to a breakthrough, like Jahoda's recent breakthrough, that's the real reason they're doing it.
